fine grained solid applications. Vibrating rod is a single element tunned mechanical element-type level sensing device. Clients can avail this fork level switch from us in different specifications.
Working Principle:1) As part of mechanism of this LSV, its piezo-electric-crystals are driven by its electronics. The agitation of these crystals helps to generate vibratory force inside the fork by creating frequent resonance in internal air.
2) Generated vibration reaches to maximum level in case the tines are vibrated without any hindrance.
3) When material comes in contact with fork tines, the resonance is hindered. As its consequence, produced vibration tends to cease.
4) Existence of material is identified when the vibration amplitude is less than the threshold strength.
Application:1) Suitable for lumps free granular and
powder based substances having up to 10 mm particle size

rust causing solids
